I originally purchased two of your lanterns from Costco‘s that I absolutely loved and have on my front porch. So I decided to go directly through your company and purchase two more lanterns for my back porch. You didn’t have the same ones but I chose a different style. When they arrived only one of the lanterns work. I contacted your company and you sent out a replacement top piece to repair the lantern AND that has not worked, so I still have only one working lantern on my back porch. It appears as if the glass part is not cracked or broken, however, when it arrived, it was very foggy looking unlike it’s partner and it fills with water unlike the other. I have yet to get a satisfactory solution to my lantern problem so I am extremely disappointed and would like to get my money back and send this lantern back to you so I can just order myself a new lantern.
