Therefore, we pledge that if you have a problem with an Exhart product that is within its warranty period - defined as 6 months from the provable date of your purchase - we will make it right! If you have experienced an issue related to functionality or damage of your product, please contact us right away so that we can provide reasonable efforts to troubleshoot with you to make it right.

The Exhart Product Warranty
Thank you for choosing our products! We take pride in offering a diverse range of high-quality items, including Statuary, Solar Garden Stakes, Wind Spinners, and Battery Operated Decor. Each product is crafted with care and attention to detail to ensure your satisfaction. However, should you encounter any issues with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Our Standard Warranty Coverage is 6 months from the provable date of purchase.
Statuary (Resin, Hand Painted)
Our statuary products are meticulously crafted from durable resin and hand-painted to perfection. In the rare event that your statuary does not meet our usual standard of excellence, we will replace it at our discretion within the warranty period. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, provided that a valid proof of purchase with the purchase date clearly indicated is provided along with your warranty claim. Please note that natural wear and tear, including gradual fading and discoloration of paint over time, is not covered under this standard warranty.
Solar Garden Stakes
Our Solar Garden Stakes harness the power of solar energy to illuminate your product. While designed to withstand normal weather conditions, exposure to extreme weather conditions including high temperatures, excessive rain or high moisture content in the air may affect their performance. Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or natural elements is not covered under this warranty.
Wind Spinners
Our Wind Spinners add a touch of elegance to any outdoor setting. However, they may be susceptible to corrosive conditions, such as exposure to saltwater or harsh chemicals. Damage caused by corrosive conditions is not covered under this warranty. We recommend regular maintenance and cleaning to preserve the beauty and functionality of your Wind Spinner, including appropriate lubricants to maintain bearing parts contained within the products.
Battery Operated Decor
Our Battery Operated Decor items are designed to enhance your indoor or outdoor space with convenience and style. While they provide versatility and functionality, they are not intended for use in extreme weather conditions. Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather conditions, including freezing temperatures or excessive moisture, is not covered under this warranty.

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please contact use directly and have your proof of purchase available. You may contact us directly at support@exhart.com. Again, please be prepared to provide proof of purchase, photographs, and any other information necessary to validate your claim.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from inadequate care, neglect, improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, or environmental factors beyond our control. Additionally, any consequential damages, including installation, removal, disposal, and shipping costs, are not covered under this warranty.
