We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam.
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. In the rare chance that we use USPS 1st Class, please note that will may not have tracking numbers for you.
OUT OF STOCK
Great minds think alike, so sometimes items that show in stock online become out of stock suddenly because multiple people purchase it at the same time. If an item is out of stock we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and cancel the other item which has become unavailable.
Need to cancel your order
Please note that we can only update or cancel orders within 30 minutes from when you originally placed the order. Please email cancelme@exhart.com for this request and provide the following:
On the Subject line: Cancel Order # (provide your order #) Then provide your email address, ship to address and full name in the body of the email. Thank you.
