All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

OUT OF STOCK
Great minds think alike, so sometimes items that show in stock online become out of stock suddenly because multiple people purchase it at the same time. If an item is out of stock we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and cancel the item unavailable.
Need to cancel your order
Please note that we can only update or cancel orders within 30 minutes from when you originally placed the order. Please email cancelme@exhart.com for this request and provide the following:
