Product Uniqueness

Each Exhart product is meticulously hand-painted and hand assembled. Consequently, no two products are identical and each product will have unique characteristics. Each product goes through a rigid quality control process and each item has been approved for resale. You will find that some items have minor imperfections in paint or materials. It is impossible for each item to be perfect, which adds to the product’s uniqueness and character.

We just wanted you to know that all orders are carefully inspected for quality, assortment, and proper packaging prior to shipment. But yeah, nobody is perfect (and we know that). Sometimes shipping carriers screw up, and unfortunately even we might make a mistake from time to time. Better yet, you might change your mind.

That's why we have a very reasonable Hassle Free 30-Day Return Policy that states:

If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by Exhart within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. (Policy details subject to change without notice.)

What else do I need to know?

Since Exhart deals with popular Garden Décor products in high demand, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send you the same replacement item. If this is the case we will give you a refund instead💥 😎  🎉.

Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases / boxes). This is so important > the item must be in the original condition and packaging you received it in. This means items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition. They must be in sellable condition, they must not have missing parts, and they must have the original invoice (either the original or a copy or digital).

Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items plus applicable tax. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges unless the products are damaged when you receive them. Your credit will appear after Exhart receives and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.

Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear in their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to show up on your statement. It’s a Credit Card thing, not an Exhart thing.

Following the instructions on the form will provide you with an RMA Number. Please note that Returns cannot be processed without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

Replacements for nonfunctioning Exhart items within the 6 month warranty period:
If within 30 days of purchase there is an issue with your item, please contact the company you purchased from to assist in the warranty. After 30 days to 180 days with proof of purchase, a replacement part or replacement may be processed to resolve the issue. A $9.99 freight fee will be charged for the replacement part or item to ship to you.*

*Replacements for nonfunctioning Molemax products within the 5 year warranty period:
A replacement will be sent at no charge when product has been purchased within 6 months with proof of purchase. After 180 days to 5 years with proof of purchase, a $9.99 freight fee will be charged to ship to you.*

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened.

Need to cancel your order

Please note that we can only request to update or cancel orders within 30 minutes from when you originally placed the order (Unfortunately no guarantees can be made due to the order being submitted directly to the warehouse upon submission).
