Product Uniqueness

Each Exhart product is meticulously hand-painted and hand assembled. Consequently, no two products are identical and each product will have unique characteristics. Each product goes through a rigid quality control process and each item has been approved for resale. You will find that some items have minor imperfections in paint or materials. It is impossible for each item to be perfect, which adds to the product’s uniqueness and character.

Exhart's Return Policy

Exhart will accept the product freight prepaid within 10 days of receipt of your shipment. We will replace or issue a credit to your account as you request. All returns must be pre-authorized prior to return. Exhart will accept returns at their discretion over this 10 day time period. Returns for reasons other than defects or damages will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If an item(s) is being returned it must be securely wrapped and packaged into its original packaging to prevent damages in shipping.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. 
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
