Each Exhart product is meticulously hand-painted and hand assembled. Consequently, no two products are identical and each product will have unique characteristics. Each product goes through a rigid quality control process and each item has been approved for resale. You will find that some items have minor imperfections in paint or materials. It is impossible for each item to be perfect, which adds to the product’s uniqueness and character.
Exhart's Return Policy
All returns must be pre-authorized and noted on the shipping label with the RMA number to qualify for the return within 10 days of purchase. Returns must be received in resale-able condition and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. When an item(s) is being returned it must be securely wrapped and packaged into its original packaging to prevent damages during shipping.
